So, I haven’t actually written anything on here in awhile, so I thought I’d actually take the time to write, just rant, about random shit that has been going on, especially because the new year is slowly approaching, and this could very well be the last time I get the chance to rant before then. But yeh, anyway.. let’s get started shall we?
This year has been very hectic, and there has definitely been a lot of change from the past year, and in saying so, that is not necessarily a bad thing. A lot of good changes have actually been made.
Anyway, I don’t want to get into a lot of detail with what has been going on, because there is just simply too much to tell. But let’s just say, I feel like I have finally got my life back on track.
Brief summary.
School.
I passed all my classes this past semester and only have one semester left before I get into the Radiology program. Definitely proud of myself for being able to get through the hardest of my prerequisites.
Family.
My family is still pretty much in shambles, but it’s getting there. There has been less fighting, and this house is starting to feel like home again. It’s nice. As for Christmas and the holiday season thus far, everything for the most part, feels the same.
Job.
I’m currently back at my old job over at Brookstone, and it feels like I never really left. I was welcomed back with a raise, and a ton of hours, so it feel good to be back. Also, it’s close to home, so that’s a plus too.
Social Life.
Like always, my social life remains to be in the family. Sounds weird? Let’s clarify. If you don’t already know me, I spend most of my time surrounded by my cousins. That’s how it’s been and that’s how it will always be.
Don’t get me wrong, I have my close group of friends and I still hang out with them too, and like with everything else, nothing has really changed.
Relationship.
I love my girlfriend. She’s amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with our relationship. Sure, we get into an argument every now and then, but never anything too serious, besides.. it’s healthy.
Anyway, she’s amazing. We’re always together, and I love it. I wouldn’t have it any other way. With that said, just because we’re always together, doesn’t mean that we don’t give each other space. Like I said, our relationship is healthy, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Misc.
As stated before, everything has been coming back together, including me getting a new car. :D
Completely under my name, my credit. Everything is under my name. Dope ain’t it?
Anyway, that’s my update. Short, simple, and to the point. Maybe I’ll update more later, but I guess, if this is my last post for the year, this is how I ended my year. And with everything said and done, I can honestly say that I’m Happy.
And that’s definitely a good way to start a new year.
